With a background of well-known and respected mountaineering expert and the 3rd Hong Kong person to reach the summit of Mt. Everest, John is also an expert in experiential training. He has led various experiential training programmes for the Government of HKSAR, corporate, and education sectors. Beside John work as facilitator for experiential training programme, he achieved the "7 Summits" and three over 8,000 meteres mountains, and has being an expedition leader to lead participants to overcome wild challenge. Since 1991, he already held international mountain expeditions & adventure tours for 25 times, that took place all over the world, such as, Japan, Malaysia, Canadian Rockies, New Zealand, Tibet, Russia, Kenya, Argentina, Alaska, Nepal.

With a background of a master NLP Trainer and a registered Clinical Hypnosis Therapist, Elton is also specialized in advising the busy executives how to maintain a balance in life and promote the harmony- working environment.
